- Parmesan cheese1 tablespoon
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor (or blender, or mixer).
- Place in a nonstick skillet over low heat.
- Gently turn the other side.
- Add stuffing to taste. I used cottage cheese for the stuffing. Enroll and you're done!
