  • Sliced carrots with peel2 unit(s)
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Coconut oil1/3 cup
  • Flour2 cup
  • Vanilla flavored whey protein1/2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. Cut the carrot into slices
  2. Blend the carrots, eggs, oil and whey protein in a blender until smooth
  3. In a bowl, sift the flour and baking powder.
  4. Mix the liquid and dry ingredients together and stir gently until smooth.
  5. Grease a loaf pan with a little butter and flour
  6. Pre heat the oven to 170 degrees
  7. Bake the cake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
