  • Shredded Coconut Flakes200 g
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • grated parmesan cheese (thick)1/2 unit(s)
  • Very full butter1 tablespoon
  1. Add the grated coconut and coconut milk and mix well, set aside.
  2. Beat the eggs together with the condensed milk then add butter and mix well.
  3. Add coconut and cheese.Mix until smooth.
  4. Place in molds one by one with the help of a spoon (can be cupcake or pie molds).
  5. Finally, sprinkle grated coconut on top.
  6. To decorate and give more crunchiness, take it to the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden.
