Descasca a batata levar ao fogo cozinhar por aproximadamente 10 minutos 

Peel the potato and cook for approximately 10 minutes.

Espere esfriar corte em rodelas  as batatas colocar na panela as rodelas adicione os três ovos dentro leve ao fogo até o ovo ficar bom para virar, 

Wait for it to cool, cut the potatoes into slices, place the slices in the pan, add the three eggs inside, and heat until the egg is good enough to turn,

Vire as batatas com ovos  vai ficar tipo uma panqueca, em seguida sirva .

Flip the potatoes with eggs and it will look like a pancake, then serve.
