  • Carrot300 g
  • Grated Mozzarella100 g
  • Bacon20 g
  • Milk80 ml
  • Sour Cream50 g
  • Pepperoni Sausage2 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. Cook the carrots, in puree point, beat the carrots with the milk in the blender or mixer. Sauté the bacon and pepperoni with a drizzle of olive oil, then the diced onion. Reserve.
  2. Transfer the mixture from the blender to a pan over medium heat and add half of the sauté and let it cook for 5 minutes. Then add the cream and put the seasonings.
  3. Place on a platter and sprinkle with the grated cheese and the rest of the stew from the pan and bake in the oven to melt the cheese. Serve as you wish.
