Pizza In Aubergine

Corte a berinjela em fatias e leve ao forno para grelhar com um pouco de azeite e sal 

Cut the eggplant into slices and put it in the oven to grill with a little oil and salt.

Forre a assadeira com papel manteiga e coloque as fatias de berinjela sobre ele. Espalhe uma colher de sopa de molho tomate e um pouco de queijo ralado, tomate cereja e manjericão fresco sobre cada uma das fatias.  asse por 10 minutos em forno em temperatura 180 graus 

Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and place the eggplant slices on it. Spread a tablespoon of tomato sauce and a little grated cheese, cherry tomatoes and fresh basil over each of the slices. Bake for 10 minutes in an oven at 180 degrees

Retire as pizzas e polvilhe com um pouco de orégano a gosto 

Remove the pizzas and sprinkle with a little oregano to taste
