- Salt, parsley, chives0 to taste
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic and onion. Put the rice, carrots, salt and 4 cups of hot water. Leave on low heat until the rice and carrots soften. Turn off the heat. In another pan, heat the butter and add the peppers, salt and stir to mix. Add the parsley and chives. Mix with rice with carrots. Serve then.
