- Coconut Milk (or other plant-based milk of your choice)250 ml
- Peanut Butter3 tablespoon
- Hot water50 ml
- Unflavored gelatin15 g
- Xylitol (if the peanut butter you use is already sweetened, you can dispense with the sweetener)2 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract (optional) to taste
- Hydrate the gelatin with the hot water. Then, in the blender, mix all the ingredients until it forms a homogeneous cream. Pour into small silicone molds and refrigerate until firm.
- Finish with paçoca crumbs and serve immediately.
