  • Oats1 cup
  • Chia seed2 tablespoon
  • Xylitol2 tablespoon
  • Soy milk1 cup
  • Water1 cup
  • Vanilla1 coffee spoon
  • Banana1/2 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon1 teaspoon
  • Yogurt (optional)1 tablespoon
  1. In an airtight container, add the oats, chia, xylitol, milk, water and vanilla.
  2. Stir and refrigerate for approximately 8 hours
  3. Then just serve with the banana, cinnamon and yogurt (as a suggestion)
  4. You can replace the banana with another fruit of your choice.
