- Filet mignon baits400 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- grated ginger1 teaspoon
- Miso1 tablespoon
- Mirin sake1/2 cup
- Shoyu1/2 cup
- Brown sugar1 tablespoon
- sesame oil2 tablespoon
- Sesame to taste
- Sliced Shitake200 g
- Chopped Pie Peas1 cup
- Onion slices1 unit(s)
- In a wok, add the sesame oil and let it heat up. Add the mignon baits and season with salt and pepper. Add the grated ginger and onion slices, stir well and add the miso. Add the shitake and let it cook for 3 minutes. Mix with the mirim sake, soy sauce and brown sugar and set aside. Add the peas and then the soy sauce. Stir well and let reduce by half. Sprinkle the sesame before serving. And it's ready 😋😋
