  1. After making the rice, break the eggs in a pot and stir like an omelet, putting the ingredients of your choice.
  2. Add to the skillet with a drizzle of oil.
  3. Place the egg and keep stirring with chopsticks until the base hardens.
  4. With the help of a spatula, fold the omelet in half, making a seesaw motion with your arm.
  5. The egg should stay for approximately 45 seconds on the fire, before turning off. After that, just put it on top of the rice and tear the film.
