  • Beef breast485 g
  • Cumin1 teaspoon
  • Spicy or smoked paprika1 teaspoon
  • Crushed garlic20 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
  • Chopped Onion100 g
  • Crushed coriander20 g
  • Chopped chives25 g
  • Water160 g
  • Chopped okra430 g
  • Shrimp powder or crushed dried1 teaspoon
  1. Remove all the fat from the meat and chop into cubes;
  2. Add cumin, paprika, garlic, salt and olive oil to the meat;
  3. Place the meat in the pressure cooker, sauté/mix;
  4. Add the onion, cilantro, chives and half of the water to the meat;
  5. Put the meat in pressure;
  6. With the meat close to the point (almost shredding), add the chopped okra, the other half of the water and the shrimp powder;
  7. Mix everything and let it reduce/dry some of the water, if necessary add water little by little and wait to reduce until the okra is cooked!
