- Beef breast485 g
- Cumin1 teaspoon
- Spicy or smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Crushed garlic20 g
- Salt to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Chopped Onion100 g
- Crushed coriander20 g
- Chopped chives25 g
- Water160 g
- Chopped okra430 g
- Shrimp powder or crushed dried1 teaspoon
- Remove all the fat from the meat and chop into cubes;
- Add cumin, paprika, garlic, salt and olive oil to the meat;
- Place the meat in the pressure cooker, sauté/mix;
- Add the onion, cilantro, chives and half of the water to the meat;
- Put the meat in pressure;
- With the meat close to the point (almost shredding), add the chopped okra, the other half of the water and the shrimp powder;
- Mix everything and let it reduce/dry some of the water, if necessary add water little by little and wait to reduce until the okra is cooked!
