- In a container, beat the eggs, add the tomato, oregano, salt, oatmeal and mix.
- Then pour into the skillet already over medium heat with a little butter and spread throughout the skillet.
- Turn the side of the oatmeal so that both sides are cooked, place the slice of cheese and ready to serve.
