  • Salt1 to taste
  • Oil for greasing1 to taste
  1. Start by beating the egg for a few seconds.
  2. Then add the oats and salt, mixing everything very well.
  3. In a frying pan, add a little oil, spreading and removing the excess with a paper napkin.
  4. After heating the skillet over low heat, pour the mixture and cover to cook the bun.
  5. After about 2 minutes, turn the dough over, cover the pan and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
