- Almond Flour1 tablespoon
- Beat the egg well, mix the oats, almond flour, chia and salt.
- Heat the skillet over low heat with olive oil and pour your crepe. Cook for 2 minutes and turn to brown the other side.
- When both sides are golden, add the stuffing to half of the "pancake": turkey breast, cheese, tomato and basil. Then just fold to form the crepe and wait 2 minutes for the filling to heat up.
