  • Chia1 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Turkey breast1 unit(s)
  • Cheese (type to choose)1 unit(s)
  • Chopped tomato2 tablespoon
  • Basil to taste
  • Almond Flour1 tablespoon
  1. Beat the egg well, mix the oats, almond flour, chia and salt.
  2. Heat the skillet over low heat with olive oil and pour your crepe. Cook for 2 minutes and turn to brown the other side.
  3. When both sides are golden, add the stuffing to half of the "pancake": turkey breast, cheese, tomato and basil. Then just fold to form the crepe and wait 2 minutes for the filling to heat up.
