  • Stuffing (optional): mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese or ricotta100 g
  1. Tip: use a small skillet. If you put it in a big one, the bread is too thin and you can't fill it; Mix all the ingredients (except the stuffing) until you get a soft dough; Place a non-stick skillet over low heat with a drizzle of olive oil; Put half the dough and spread with a spoon; Then add the stuffing of your choice and the rest of the dough on top; Spread evenly, with the aid of a spoon, to cover the filling; Cover and, on low heat, let it brown on one side; Turn with a spatula and brown the other side; Ready! A cheap, healthy and practical bun. If you use mozzarella cheese, it will melt and be very delicious.
