  1. Peel the pumpkin, cut them and heat in a pan with oil and crushed garlic, add salt and let it cook on low heat, if necessary add 1/4 cup of water.
  2. Buy raw peas, soak for at least 4 hours, then cook in a pressure cooker with water and salt, until pressure is reached. Add water, just to cover the grain.
  3. Wash the cabbage and sauté in olive oil and add salt to taste. In a frying pan, put oil and eggs, mix until ready. Help yourself to this complete dish, rich in protein, fiber and good carbohydrates.
