- Sugar2 tablespoon

- In a large platter, insert the wheat flour, make a well in the middle and add the other ingredients.
- Gradually incorporate them until you form a homogeneous mass.
- Make buns and bake on a greased baking tray at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes.
- TIP: For a double frosting, beat an egg yolk and spread over the bread.
