- Peanut flour2 tablespoon
- White coconut flour1 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 tablespoon
- Xylitol2 tablespoon
- Yeast1 dessert spoon
- 100% cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Vanilla Whey Protein (scoop)1 unit(s)
- Water to taste
- Grated raw carrots1/2 unit(s)
- In a pot mix the flours and xylitol.
- Add the carrot, the cream and the egg and beat everything with a mixer.
- Add the yeast and mix with a spoon.
- Add the dough to a mug or a bowl/cumbuca (I used a mug with a capacity of 500ml). Take it to the microwave for 4 and a half minutes at the maximum power of the device.
- While the microwave is working, prepare the syrup: mix the whey and cocoa in a glass. Add water little by little until you reach the desired consistency.
- Remove the cake from the microwave, pour the syrup over it. Ready!
- Tip: for the syrup, if you have chocolate whey, just mix the whey and water until the desired consistency. I only had vanilla, so I mixed in cocoa to get a chocolate flavor.
