Egg white1 unit(s)
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Cream cheese1 tablespoon
Rice or oat flour2 tablespoon
Dry times (including paprika) to taste
Salt to taste
Baking powder1 coffee spoon

Mix all ingredients well.
Microwave in a lightly oiled bowl. For 2 minutes.
Once ready, divide in half and toast in a sandwich maker/grill. Then put the filling of your choice.
