  • Ground beef400 g
  • Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Chopped Onion1/4 cup
  • Sweet paprika1 dessert spoon
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Chopped Parsley to taste
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Ham slice2 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese slice3 unit(s)
  1. Season the meat with garlic, onion, paprika, pepper and salt, mix until you get a homogeneous mass.
  2. Stretch the dough on top of a plastic until it is in the shape of a rectangle and in a thickness of about 2 cm.
  3. Place the ham, cheese and parsley on top of the meat and roll it up like a rocambole.
  4. Close the ends tightly so that the stuffing does not escape.
  5. Line the Airfryer with a piece of aluminum foil and place the meat roulade to bake for about 30 minutes at 200ÂșC.
  6. When it's golden, it's ready!
