- 100% cocoa powder3 tablespoon
- Melted butter2 tablespoon
- Culinary sweetener1/2 cup
- Shredded Coconut1 cup
- Coconut Flour2 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Coconut milk2 tablespoon
- Shredded Coconut2 tablespoon
- Sour cream2 tablespoon
- Sweetener1 tablespoon
- In a bowl add the eggs and mix well with a wire whisk.
- Add the Cocoa and the sweetener and add the butter little by little, mix well.
- Add the grated coconut, coconut flour and baking powder and stir until well incorporated.
- Pour into a greased and floured mold and bake in a preheated medium oven for 35 minutes.
- Develop while still warm, make holes with a fork.
- For the topping, just mix 2 tablespoons of coconut milk, 2 of grated coconut, 2 of cream and sweetener to taste. Mix in and pour over the cake.
