- Refined Xylitol60 g
- Water to taste
- 70% chocolate300 g
- In a bowl add the nest milk, the xylitol and gradually add water while working the dough, which should be homogeneous and coming off the hands.
- Shape the dough into balls and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- In a bowl, melt the chocolate and set aside.
- Dip the bonbons in the melted chocolate and let it rest on a sheet of parchment paper until it crystallizes. Keep refrigerated until serving time.
