  • Braised Escarole300 g
  • Ricotta50 g
  • Eggs5 unit(s)
  • Light cream2 tablespoon
  • Light cottage cheese2 tablespoon
  • cherry tomato4 unit(s)
  • Baking powder1 dessert spoon
  • Mozzarella or grated parmesan to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  1. In a refractory spread the endive, ricotta, tomatoes, and curd.
  2. Beat the eggs with the cream, salt, pepper and yeast.
  3. Toss over the escarole. Top with mozzarella or grated parmesan.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until golden.
