  • Butter (or ghee or coconut)50 g
  • Almond flour1 cup
  • Oat flour1/2 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Ice water if necessary to set the point0 to taste
  1. In a bowl, mix your dry hands with the butter until you get a thick crumb.
  2. Add the egg and incorporate, give the point with ice water.
  3. The dough has to be uniform and not crumbly.
  4. Open on a silicone mat or easy baking paper (DOVER).
  5. Cut out the cutouts with a knife or pizza slice.
  6. Bake in a hot oven at 200° for approximately 14 minutes, or until golden.
