- Ground beef400 g
- Mozzarella cheese500 g
- Seasonings to taste for meat200 g
- Wash the zucchinis well, and cut them into slices or strips.
- Wash the meat and make the sauce as you prefer. I used tomato paste, tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, black pepper, ground ginger, nutmeg and salt. To reinforce, I used olive oil.
- Now assemble the lasagna layers. First put the sauce so it doesn't stick. Intersperse zucchini, ground beef sauce and cheese.
- The last layer should always be cheese. Place a pinch of oregano on top and bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes (until the water dries. The zucchini releases a lot of water).
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving, so that the flavor of the sauce penetrates the zucchini.
