  • Mozzarella cheese500 g
  • Seasonings to taste for meat200 g
  1. Wash the zucchinis well, and cut them into slices or strips.
  2. Wash the meat and make the sauce as you prefer. I used tomato paste, tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, black pepper, ground ginger, nutmeg and salt. To reinforce, I used olive oil.
  3. Now assemble the lasagna layers. First put the sauce so it doesn't stick. Intersperse zucchini, ground beef sauce and cheese.
  4. The last layer should always be cheese. Place a pinch of oregano on top and bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes (until the water dries. The zucchini releases a lot of water).
  5. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving, so that the flavor of the sauce penetrates the zucchini.
