- Oat flakes6 tablespoon
- Granulated Onion3 tablespoon
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Egg4 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Onion to taste
- Tomato to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- tapioca dough5 tablespoon
- Cook the potatoes in the water until they are soft.
- Drain the water from the potatoes and mash them well, making a puree.
- Add the eggs, oatmeal, granulated onion and salt and the tapioca dough. Mix well until smooth
- In a frying pan, put the oil and pour a part of the dough. Spreading well in the skillet over low heat.
- When you see that the dough is golden and loose, turn the side.
- Now it's time to assemble your pizza!! Add tomato sauce, cheese, greens and oregano, wait for the cheese to melt and place on a plate.
- Repeat the process until the dough runs out. You can put various fillings, tuna, shredded chicken, meat… use your creativity.
