- Almond flour1 cup
- Melted butter120 ml
- Salt to taste
- Spinach (bunch)1 unit(s)
- Egg4 unit(s)
- Fresh Heavy cream60 ml
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Want grated dish50 g
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Garlic and Onion to taste
- Cherry tomato to taste
- In a bowl, mix all the dough ingredients (almond flour, butter and salt) until smooth and compact.
- Forge the bottom and sides of a medium removable rim shape. It is important that it is non-stick. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes
- Book the dough
- Saute garlic and onion in olive oil. Add the spinach and sauté for about 5 minutes over low heat.
- In a container, add the spinach, eggs, Heavy cream, cheeses, mix well. Lastly, add the yeast. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture over the dough and bake for another 20 minutes or until completely baked.
