  • Recipe
  • Cooked grain quinoa mix1 cup
  • Homemade Shrimp Stock1/3 cup
  • Shrimp peeled and cleaned1 cup
  • Sliced Squid3/4 cup
  • Chopped Onion1/4 cup
  • Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Chopped Green Spice to taste
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  1. In a pan heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic. Add the shrimp broth, salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the squid, then the shrimp 3 last the quinoa. When the seafood is cooked finish with the green seasoning and turn off the heat.
