- Oat flour40 g
- Butter2.5 tablespoon
- Cooked and shredded chicken200 g
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Oregano to taste
- For the dough, mix the flour, butter and a little salt with your hands.
- Line a detachable form with the dough, including the sides. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the eggs, cream, chicken, seasonings, yeast and a little grated cheese.
- Remove the dough from the oven, put the stuffing, sprinkle Parmesan or mozzarella and take it to the oven until golden. Approximately 20 minutes.
