- Roasted peanuts without skin and without salt275 g
- Vanilla Whey Protein50 g
- Whole grain peanut butter (optional)1 tablespoon
- Salt2 g
- Erythritol20 g
- Blend all ingredients except peanut butter in food processor
- Beat until it looks like "wet sand".
- Put it in a pot and add the peanut butter. Mix by hand until uniform. The peanut butter serves to bind and make the paçoca more moist. If you prefer, you can do without.
- Place in a molding container. Cut and serve! Ready
