  • Roasted peanuts without skin and without salt275 g
  • Vanilla Whey Protein50 g
  • Whole grain peanut butter (optional)1 tablespoon
  • Salt2 g
  • Erythritol20 g
  1. Blend all ingredients except peanut butter in food processor
  2. Beat until it looks like "wet sand".
  3. Put it in a pot and add the peanut butter. Mix by hand until uniform. The peanut butter serves to bind and make the paçoca more moist. If you prefer, you can do without.
  4. Place in a molding container. Cut and serve! Ready
