- Smoked Turkey Breast40 g
- Almond flour2 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Chopped cherry tomato4 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a small shape greased with olive oil and cover with 2 slices of mozzarella. Sprinkle a little grated Parmesan.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden.
