  • Cooked and shredded chicken breast150 g
  • Parmesan cheese3 tablespoon
  • Xylitol1 tablespoon
  • Pinch of salt to taste
  • Yeast2 teaspoon
  1. Cook the chicken. Meanwhile, put the eggs in a blender with the salt until they double in volume.
  2. Shred the chicken and add to the blender, along with the xylitol and Parmesan cheese. Let it hit right. Add the yeast and beat again.
  3. Put the dough in individual silicone molds (here yielded 8!).
  4. Bake in a very hot oven for approximately 20 minutes (but keep an eye out!)
  5. In the last photo there's a snack suggestion: I filled the bun with strawberry jam (low carb, of course!) And it was delicious!!! Bring it on!
