  • Tomato sauce to taste
  • Shredded chicken breast to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese to taste
  • Tomato to taste
  • Arugula to taste
  1. Mix the eggs, Parmesan, almond flour, curd, psyllium, yeast, oregano and salt, and mix well. The consistency of the dough is sticky.
  2. Wet your fingertips and spread the dough on the baking sheet. Poke holes with a fork in the dough so it doesn't puff up. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
  3. Add the tomato sauce, shredded chicken, cheese, tomato and watercress, and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
