- Beat the egg of the dough in a bowl until smooth, add a pinch of salt and almond flour and mix well. Pour the mixture into a greased skillet and place over low heat, covered. When golden, turn and set on the other side. Add the stuffing, cover again, let it melt. Practical and delicious! You can replace it with oatmeal (but it will no longer be low carb, but it will be nutritious!)
