  • Almond flour200 g
  • Chickpea flour100 g
  • Parmesan30 g
  • Powdered milk1 tablespoon
  • Yeast1 dessert spoon
  • Pepperoni Pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  1. In a bowl, mix the eggs, cream and seasonings.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and add the egg liqueur, rise until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  3. In a mold, mold discs of dough (it won't have the consistency of pizza dough before baking because it doesn't have gluten)
  4. Take it to the oven until it is lightly golden, remove, fill to your liking (obviously considering the lowcarb standards, and return to the oven for fixings)
