- grated cheese3 tablespoon
- Mixed seasoning to taste
- Salt to taste
- In a blender or mixer, beat the eggs, onion, grated cheese, mixed seasoning and salt.
- Place the ground beef in a pot and mix with the ingredients that went to the blender.
- After the mixture is well homogeneous, make balls with your hands. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at approximately 200 degrees. Ready!
