- Coconut Flour1 tablespoon
- 100% cocoa powder1 teaspoon
- Xylitol1 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Dry coconut for garnish to taste
- Peanut butter to decorate to taste
- In a glass pot, mix the coconut flour, cocoa powder and xylitol.
- Add one egg and mix again until smooth.
- Put the yeast and mix
- Take it to the microwave (without the lid on the pot) for 1 min and 30 seconds
- Unmold and decorate with grated coconut and peanut butter. Ready!!
