- Eggs2 to taste
- Cottage cheese4 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast2 teaspoon
- Sesame1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Put all the ingredients, except the sesame, in a bowl and mix well, until you form a cream. Spread on a large shallow plate (or divide between two small shallow plates) and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Microwave for 1.5 minutes or until the “bread” is dry. Wait for it to cool down a bit before handling. Suggestion: serve with hummus (chickpea paste) or cut in two, fill to taste and brown in the sandwich maker
