- I seasoned the chicken cubes with salt, pepper and lemon, put them in a frying pan with olive oil and fried them, they were very golden. enough to cover, cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
- After that time I added the peas and left for another 10 minutes, turned off the heat and finished with a little more chimichurri.
- For the rice I just fried some minced garlic with olive oil and salt, added the rice and water and cooked for 20 minutes. This rice is harder, it may take a little longer to be ready.
