  • Pepperoni sausage2 unit(s)
  • Bacon200 g
  • Large onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic to taste
  • Cabbage to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Take the cauliflower and chop it into smaller pieces. Take the green branches out of it. Bring to a boil, just in water. IMPORTANT: Fill the pan halfway with water, do not cover all the cauliflower with water in the pan, otherwise it will be watery. Bring to a boil with the lid closed.
  2. While cooking, chop the sausage and bacon and fry.
  3. While frying, chop the onion, garlic and kale.
  4. Take the chopped onion and garlic to the sausage and bacon pan and let it fry a little longer.
  5. To make the cauliflower cream, I used the Mixer, but you can use a blender. Process everything until it becomes a cream.
  6. Mix the sausages and bacon already fried with the cream and mix.
  7. Take the cabbage to the miner to the mixture and stir. Hit the salt.
  8. Ready!!! A delight!
