- Cocoa powder5 tablespoon

- Chemical Yeast2 tablespoon
- Xylitol or sucralose sweetener1 cup
- Beat in a mixer or blender. Add the liquids first, then the dry ones little by little. Add the yeast last gently so it works, without beating! Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes or more, do the toothpick test. Tips: 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence (it's just to remove the egg smell, but cocoa powder is optional, it helps a lot) 1 teaspoon of xanthan gum (totally optional is to give the dough an extra fluff ). Coverage is optional, the cake is already wonderful to have with a coffee. Topping suggestion: 1 bar or 80g of 70% cocoa chocolate; 1 box of lactose-free cream, 1 tablespoon of butter. Melt the chocolate with the butter and then gradually add the cream. When the cake cools down a little, unmold and pour the still warm icing in the middle.
