  • White coconut flour1/2 cup
  • Almond flour1/2 cup
  • Small carrot1 unit(s)
  • Green Olives100 g
  • Bacon1/2 cup
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cut the bacon into cubes. Fry the bacon in its own fat.
  2. Chop the onion into cubes. Saute in the same pan.
  3. Grate the carrot, chop the tomato into cubes and remove the pit from the olives. Add the carrot, tomato and olive and place the heat on low. Cover and let reduce.
  4. Put out the fire. Add the coconut flour and almond flour. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  5. It's ready and it's delicious!!!!
