- Vegetable Milk11/4 cup
- Eggs6 unit(s)
- White Coconut Flour (fine)3 tablespoon
- Coconut Oil2 tablespoon
- Almond Flour1 tablespoon
- Xanthan Gum1/2 teaspoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- In a deep bowl, beat all the liquid ingredients with the help of a fouet.
- Sift all the dry ingredients before adding the mixture, in order to make the dough lighter and thinner. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes!
- Use the cup measurer, using 1/4 of the batter for each pancake disc!
- Grease a frying pan, and make the crepes, browning each side for approximately 2 minutes.
- You will have 10 crepes with that amount of dough.
