- Chocolate 70%70 g
- Xylitol2 tablespoon
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Melt the chocolate.
- Put all the ingredients in the blender. Beat for about 3 minutes.
- Take the mixture to a silicone mold, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
- Let cool and place in the fridge.
- Unmold and serve after about 30 minutes in the fridge.
