- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Shredded chicken breast500 g
- Tomato sauce4 tablespoon
- shredded mozzarella cheese100 g
- Olives to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Cook the chicken breast, remove the water from the pressure cooker and shred
- In a pan, sauté the chicken with a drizzle of olive oil, garlic and onion to taste. Season with salt and pepper
- Add tomato sauce and parsley to taste. Finally the olive and set aside
- Grate the zucchini and place in a bowl. Together with the eggs, the yeast and the grated cheese
- In the assembly, grease with oil and add half of the dough made with the zucchini in a refractory that can go in the oven. Intersperse placing the chicken (which will be the stuffing) and the other half of the zucchini dough last.
- Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes or until fully cooked.
