- Cooked and shredded chicken2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese3 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the eggs, olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Then add the chicken and beat again until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Finally, add the yeast and mix with a spoon.
- Transfer the dough to a greased and floured pan with the flour of your choice or covered with Dover paper. Optional: you can decorate the bread with sesame seeds
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° until golden. Serve immediately
- Bread has a shelf life of 1 day at room temperature and 3 days in the refrigerator.
