- Cassava4 cup
- Light Margarine1 tablespoon
- Oat flakes1/1/2 cup
- Grated Cheese2 tablespoon
- White Cheese to taste
- Oregano1 dessert spoon
- Cook the cassava well and mash it until it becomes a puree.
- Mix the cold cassava dough with the margarine, cheese and salt. Knead well. Gradually add oats until the dough is firm.
- Open the dough in your hand, fill with a piece of white cheese and close. Place in a greased shape with oil.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake the balls for 20 minutes, turn and leave for another 20 minutes. And it's done!
