  • Raw Cashew Nuts100 g
  • Coconut Milk200 ml
  • Erythritol60 g
  • Water50 ml
  • Grated Coconut30 g
  • Sour Cream100 g
  • Cloves to taste
  • Cinnamon Powder to taste
  1. Soak the chestnuts in filtered water for 8 hours.
  2. Drain the water and wash them well. Roughly chop the chestnuts until they are the size of the corn kernels of traditional hominy. Mix all ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil. After starting to boil, leave for approximately 5 minutes or until it reaches the desired consistency. Serve hot or cold. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon if desired.
