- Psilium3 g
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Sesame1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Beat the eggs well (I used small eggs and it was approximately 200g) and add the flour, psyllium, olive oil, sesame, salt. Mix well and add the yeast. Keep mixing until it's the consistency in the photo. Grease the form and place the dough. Add the Parmesan on top.
